Upcoming Statewide Training Initiative CLEs
Honing Your Negotiation Skills: A Training Program for Legal Aid Lawyers
Honing Your Negotiation Skills is a negotiation training program designed specifically for civil legal aid attorneys
The program will be presented virtually via Zoom. The approach is highly interactive, with polls, chat, and discussion throughout. The program will include three (3) 90-minute webinars and a full-day Negotiation Simulation.
While webinar sessions will be recorded, we highly encourage live attendance to fully engage with the interactive components. Live attendance is required for the full-day simulation on August 20. Participants must register in advance to receive materials and be assigned to breakout groups. There will be two separate registration links: one for the three-part webinar series and a separate one for the simulation.
