"This new recertification guidelines provide that an evacuee who was previously in a 403 emergency sheltering program, and who has become eligible for Section 408 temporary housing need only recertify once for continued housing assistance. Those persons must recertify on or before October 31, 2006, and to the extent their recertification documentation is sufficient, housing benefits will apparently be provided through February 28, 2007."
