Rule 69JER06-01, "Mediation Procedures for Resolution of Disputed Personal Lines Insurance Claims Arising from the 2004 and 2005 Hurricanes and Tropical Storms".
All property and casualty insurers with claims arising out of the 2004 and 2005 hurricanes and tropical storms should become familiar with this rule and comply with it, as required by Section 627.7015, Florida Statutes.
